Relationships are know this. Regardles of the type of relationship you're in, or the length of time you've been in it, couples therapy can improve you and your loved one's ability to understand how to shake off the negative cycle you may have become trapped by, increase communication, foster intimacy, and deepen connection. In other words, if you and/or your partner are feeling stuck, I can help! I enjoy working with couples across the spectrum of relationship configuration, sexual orientation and gender identity. I'm also fond of working with mixed race or mixed faith relationships. If you identify with any marginalized community, you are welcome here.

I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Unlike many models of therapy for couples, EFT has sound research behind it that demonstrates its effectiveness. The model helps us to identify what is causing distress in your relationship, and it provides a clear method to intervene and relieve that distress.
